Goods are non-refundable, however if you didn't receive the CD, or you received the CD damaged, send us an email and we will send another one, with a different delivery company, we will cover the cost. As we send most of these goods from the UK, the preffered company for delivery is Royal Mail, which have been reliable in the past.

We aim to dispatch the items as fast as possible, 3-5 business days max. If you order in the weekend, we will dispatch on the next Monday. If you order during bank holidays or public holidays, we will dispatch as soon as Royal Mail UK delivery becomes available.
